The hotel's location is great, especially being close to a train station. They offer eggs and hot waffles for breakfast, which is a real bonus.

The staff that maintain the breakfast was not friendly at all. I was expecting at least a Good Morning from them. The bathroom fan is broken. No HD TV.

I didn't appreciate the price gouging. The room was normally $160.00, but because it was the Baseball Hall of Fame weekend they raised the price to $300.00. Excessive. Will not stay there again.

The location was marvelous for traveling around Utica. Close to two truly great and affordable restaurants. Nearby a church, funeral home, and a steak house. The property was 2 miles away from a stylish theater.

The Best Western Gateway Adirondack Inn in Utica was a nice hotel for a one-night stay. the room was relaxing and quiet, with a spacious bathroom. - the location was decent, and the breakfast offered a variety of food. - Check-in was easy, and they accommodated a late check-out. - everything was great during my stay at the hotel.

Everything was simply great. Nice breakfast, we enjoyed eggs and hot waffles. The room was impressive with a fireplace and daily towels, as example and the location was unbeatable. The staff was excellent and attentive in managing every request. Overall the service was good. Easy check-in was a bonus. It was located close to a train station, easy for getting around Utica.

best western in utica exceeded my expectations! they switched my room so i could keep an eye on my motorcycle trailer. clean rooms, lobby, and dining area. breakfast was a nice touch with a cool pancake machine. friendly staff and great water pressure in the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at a pet-friendly Best Western. The easy access and clean open area for my furry friend to "exercise" was much appreciated. The hotel design was unique, with all rooms facing a glass enclosed corridor. The parking area was easily accessible with multiple entries. The rewards program was a bonus, although it required more points than usual. The room was comfortable, except for the slightly cramped bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for its value, convenience, and pet-friendly amenities.
